Right now I'm working on the third vampire book in my series, and waiting to hear about my completed manuscript for the second book. I'm having a blast with book 3 since it's letting me create my own vampire mythology. The title of this one is DARKNESS CALLS.
Also have a lot of other projects out there for consideration. It's part of being a published writer -- always having a project out for people to consider.

Tomorrow I'm headed to the New Jersey Romance Writer's Conference. I can't wait, it's always so good. I'll be doing a workshop on Contract Review and then taking part in a Literacy Book Fair on Saturday.
Also still busy working on the plans for my daughter's quinceanera. It's getting closer and closer and there are many things left to do, but with each one that gets done, it feels great. Plus, I can tell she is getting really excited about it.
Having finished with that, I've put aside Vamp Book 3 to work on my chick lit book -- TORI GOT LUCKY. This is a continuation of my story HEARTS ARE WILD from the story I did for the St. Martin's FRIDAY NIGHT CHICAS anthology.
And of course, hard at work and trying to finish up all that I have to do for my daughter's big party. We picked up the gown yesterday and it looks great.

Plus, it's a nice change of pace to go from the two stories. TORI is about four friends who have hit not only a crisis in the relationship, but in their respective lives. It has its moments of humor, but some weightier issues about how women see themselves.
TEMPTATION is way different mainly because the vampires in this novel have really let me begin to craft whole new mythology to use for not only this book, but future ones in the series.
As for the party, almost done with the last minute things. Just a few things left to do.
